Adding a rotary table allows for a four-axis operation

The fourth axis rotates the workpiece, allowing the tool to access non-planar surfaces such as sides and bevels, enabling multi-angle machining and complex curved surfaces, improving machining quality. The fourth axis reduces the number of workpiece clampings, avoiding the precision loss associated with multiple clampings in traditional machining.

Adding a Cradle - Achieving Five Axis Operation

This vertical machining center is equipped with a cradle table for rotating the workpiece or tool. It is suitable for flat surface machining, inclined hole machining, and machining polyhedral parts. Holes and slots on all sides can be machined in a single setup.
