In the precision inspection link, multi-dimensional technical means are used for cross-verification: the positioning accuracy and backlash of the machine tool motion axis are measured with nanometer resolution by laser interferometer, and the geometric error of the circular motion trajectory is quickly diagnosed and a three-dimensional compensation model is generated by using a ballbar. At the same time, the shape and position tolerances of key components are scanned and compared at the millimeter level with the help of a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine to ensure that the machine tool can still maintain micron-level processing accuracy under extreme working conditions.
