With a vertical spindle layout and a horizontal rotary table, these CNC vertical lathes perform all the machining processes required for brake drum casting, including turning, drilling, grooving, balancing, and weight removal. Equipped with a four-station electric toolholder, the VTC series CNC vertical lathe support simultaneous switching between roughing and finishing operations, eliminating positioning errors caused by secondary clamping. This significantly improves machining accuracy (repeatability reaches 0.012mm) and surface quality (Ra 1.6 or below).

Product Details
The base, column, and slide of the CNC vertical lathe are all made of high-grade gray cast iron and are tempered to ensure high strength and long-term precision stability.
