Precision spindle

The vertical machining center adopts an integral spindle with precision angular contact bearings and undergoes rigorous preload and dynamic balancing tests to ensure spindle accuracy, rigidity, and thermal stability. The spindle is belt-driven. The three axes use high-precision lead screws, combined with precision nut preload and tail end preload devices to ensure that the machine's backlash and thermal deformation can be kept at a low level for a long time.

Advanced control system

The CNC system is easy to operate and has a long service life.

Linear guide

The machining center uses Hiwin linear guides from Taiwan, which have high load-bearing capacity, strong stability, and long service life, making them suitable for high-precision machining requirements. The three-axis feed uses a high-torque AC servo motor directly connected to a high-precision pre-stretched ball screw structure, offering high rigidity and good thermal stability.

Workbench

As a core load-bearing component of a machine tool, the performance of the machining center's worktable directly affects machining accuracy and stability. Machining center worktables are typically made of HT300 high-strength gray cast iron, a material that achieves high rigidity while maintaining sufficient toughness through optimized graphite morphology and matrix structure. When subjected to 20-ton heavy-duty cutting, the worktable also exhibits excellent vibration damping properties thanks to the internal graphite of the cast iron, making it particularly suitable for high-precision machining of difficult-to-machine materials such as aerospace aluminum alloy components and automotive mold steel.
