The single-arm hydraulic press is primarily suitable for stretching, forming, and pressing metal products. It can also process non-metallic materials, press powder metallurgy products, straighten shaft parts, press-fit sleeve parts, and trim metal products. The single-arm series hydraulic presses are equipped with a hydraulic and electrical control system, using centralized button control to achieve constant stroke and constant pressure forming processes. It features pressure display and stroke/pressure adjustment functions.

Hydraulic press performance advantages
The single-column hydraulic press features a C-shaped single-arm structure, with side panels, waist plates, and reinforcing ribs welded together to form a rigid truss. The hydraulic cylinder and worktable are bolted to the press body, with a material drop hole in the center of the worktable. The pressure head is threaded to the piston rod.
The main components of the hydraulic press are machined using advanced equipment such as gantry milling machines, large floor-type milling and boring machines, and large precision lathes to ensure high precision. The main structure of the single-column hydraulic press has a smooth appearance without obvious dents or bumps, and the welds are ground smooth without weld slag or flow marks. The electrical system of the hydraulic press is divided into two parts: the power system and the control system. The power system includes the main power supply, the start and stop of each motor and the protection switches, etc. The power supply adopts a three-phase four-wire system, AC380V, 50HZ, and the voltage of the pilot solenoid valve is AC220V.
The single-column hydraulic press is equipped with an emergency stop button. In case of emergency, pressing the emergency stop button will immediately stop the slide and cut off the power. A light grating protection device can also be added upon request. A light grating sensor is installed at the equipment opening to automatically stop the equipment when a person or object enters the workspace.
