The Y41 series hydraulic press is equipped with an independent hydraulic and electrical control system, using centralized button control. It can achieve both constant stroke and constant pressure forming processes, and features pressure display, stroke, and pressure adjustment functions, improving product accuracy. The guide columns and piston rods are copper-plated and hard chrome-plated after quenching, ensuring surface wear resistance and high roughness.

The single-arm hydraulic press's oil pump inlet is equipped with a unique filter device to ensure the service life of the oil pump and valves. The oil circuit uses imported high-pressure hoses, significantly reducing machine noise. The hydraulic press can be configured with advanced components such as imported PLCs, grid protection devices, and human-machine interfaces (touch screens) according to user needs.
