1. Check and clean up
Clean the surface of the hydraulic valve of the hydraulic press: use a brush, non-metal scraper, silk cloth to clean the surface of the hydraulic valve and be careful not to damage the surface of the hydraulic valve. In particular, do not scratch the mounting surface of the plate valve.
2. Disassembly
Before the hydraulic press is disassembled, it is necessary to grasp the structure of the hydraulic valve and the connection between the parts, remember the positional relationship between the parts when disassembling, and make appropriate marks. Do not forcibly disassemble, so as not to damage the hydraulic valve.
3. Cleaning
Put the valve body, valve core and other parts of the hydraulic press on the tray of the cleaning box, heat it to infuse, and pass the compressed air into the bottom of the cleaning tank. Through the stirring effect of the air bubbles, the remaining dirt can be cleaned. If conditions permit, ultrasonic waves can be used. Clean.
4. Fine washing
Use a high-pressure cleaning fluid to clean it, and finally dry it with hot air. Enterprises with conditions can use existing cleaning agents, or organic cleaning agents, such as diesel and gasoline, on individual occasions. Some inorganic cleaning fluids are toxic, heating and volatilization can cause poisoning, and should be used with caution; organic cleaning fluids are flammable, so pay attention to fire prevention. When choosing the cleaning fluid, pay attention to its corrosion and avoid causing corrosion to the valve body. The parts after cleaning should be preserved to avoid rusty or re-contamination of the hydraulic press.
