Product components

 

 

Bed:  The bed and supporting components of a vertical drilling, tapping, and CNC milling machine are typically constructed from high-rigidity cast iron (e.g., resin sand casting) and subjected to aging treatment. This process ensures long-term structural stability and strong vibration resistance, critical for maintaining machining precision during extended operation.
Column: The column of a vertical machining center is vertically affixed to the bed. The spindle head mounts onto the column's guideways, which support smooth vertical movement of the spindle head. As a result, the machining center requires extremely high rigidity and stability to prevent structural deformation that could compromise machining accuracy.
Table: Mounted horizontally, the table is designed to secure workpieces firmly in place. It is usually a rectangular table featuring T-slots, which simplify the installation and alignment of part fixtures for efficient, secure workpiece clamping.

Saddle and slide: Located between the bed and the worktable of the machining center, it carries the worktable and moves longitudinally along the bed rail (Y-axis movement). The saddle carries the slide, and the slide carries the worktable and moves horizontally (X-axis movement). The worktable finally realizes compound movement in the X-Y plane.
Guide rails and lead screws:The guide rails support the moving parts and accurately guide their movement direction. The company generally uses high-rigidity, high-precision linear rolling guides (roller or ball guides).
Ball screw pair: The core transmission component that accurately converts the rotational motion of the servo motor into linear motion. Usually equipped with a pre-stretched structure to reduce the impact of thermal elongation.

Lubrication system: Automatically, regularly and quantitatively supply lubricating oil or grease to friction pairs such as guide rails, lead screws, and bearings to reduce wear and ensure motion accuracy and stability. Common ones include volumetric distributors or centralized lubrication pumps.

Chip removal system: Remove chips generated by machining from the work area to prevent accumulation from affecting machining and accuracy. Common forms include chain plate chip conveyors, spiral chip conveyors, scraper chip conveyors, etc. Usually combined with cutting fluid recovery and filtration systems.
