Our economical CNC lathes utilize resin sand casting technology, combined with a compact ribbed structure, to enhance bed rigidity, reduce vibration during cutting, and ensure machining stability. Finite element analysis is used to optimize the bed structure of some CNC lathe models, ensuring high rigidity even under heavy cutting loads.

The guideways of this economical CNC lathe are hardened and finely ground to enhance wear resistance and maintain precision. The sliding surfaces are coated with polytetrafluoroethylene to eliminate creep, improve working precision, and enhance the impact resistance of moving parts, extending the life of the guideways.

The economical CNC machine tool utilizes a high-precision ball screw directly connected to a servo motor in the feed system, minimizing transmission backlash and improving operating accuracy. The screw's sliding surface is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene for enhanced wear resistance, maintaining long-term guideway accuracy.

◆ The base of a CNC lathe is typically constructed from a single piece of high-strength cast iron, with a thin-walled, multi-ribbed structure internally creating a symmetrical cross-section. This design effectively distributes cutting forces through ribbed plates, reducing vibration and ensuring stability during heavy-duty cutting.
◆ The monolithic structure of the CNC machine tool base eliminates the vibration caused by gaps in the joints of separate bases. This is particularly effective when machining heavy disc parts such as automotive wheels and brake discs, effectively suppressing cutting vibrations and preventing chatter marks on the workpiece surface, thereby ensuring machining accuracy.
