VTC Single-column Small CNC Vertical Lathe

The single-column CNC vertical lathe employs a highly integrated, compact feed mechanism. Through a combination of lightweight slide design and low-friction linear guides, it achieves high X/Z axis feed speeds. The linear guides are equipped with an automatic lubrication system and a double-layer dustproof system, enabling integrated operation and stable machining accuracy.

The CNC vertical lathe adopts an "L"-shaped integrated layout, merging the spindle box, column, and bed into a compact frame structure. The lathe bed has reserved automation interfaces, allowing for rapid upgrades to a flexible manufacturing unit, supporting mass production. The "L"-shaped structure effectively isolates external vibration sources, and together with the foundation vibration damping pad, reduces the overall vibration amplitude of the machine tool.

The CNC vertical lathe bed uses an integral spindle box structure, coupled with chip conveyors. Chips automatically slide into the chip conveyor under gravity and coolant flushing, resulting in high chip removal efficiency and preventing secondary chip damage to the workpiece surface. The CNC vertical lathe can be equipped with a high-pressure cooling system, an adjustable pressure pump, and multi-angle nozzles, effectively flushing chips from deep cavities and extending tool life.

The single-column CNC vertical lathe can be equipped with a high-performance servo main motor, which can output 150% instantaneous overload torque during high-speed cutting (such as aluminum alloy machining), ensuring efficient cutting at the optimal linear speed. Simultaneously, it can control torque fluctuations within ±1.2% during low-speed (<100rpm) finishing stages, avoiding surface ripples caused by speed fluctuations, perfectly balancing roughing efficiency and finishing surface quality.
