The Turning Milling Composite CNC Vertical Lathe adopts roller type linear slide. It has super high rigidity and super heavy load capacity. The positioning accuracy and load-bearing capacity of the machine tool's vertical and horizontal feed movement are greatly improved.
Hydraulic chuck or disc table
The CNC vertical lathe upper end of the main shaft can be equipped with a disc table or hydraulic chuck according to customer requirements.
Electrical System

Measurement and Inspection

Taper Inspection
CNC machine tool taper inspection: The straightness of a 300mm long test rod is within 0.005mm, far exceeding the industry standard of 0.01mm.
Lead Screw Inspection
To improve the geometric accuracy of CNC lathe lead screws and extend the service life of the lead screws and bearings, all components are manually scraped and polished to ensure the mechanical accuracy of the lead screws is within 0.01 mm, meeting industry standards.
