The VTC50 CNC Vertical Turning Lathe Machine is suitable for machining brake hubs, wheel hubs, reducer housings and other automotive parts, elevator wheels, engineering sprockets, valves, motor housings, etc. It can also be used for soft and hard turning of bearings, enabling turning instead of machining.

Multi-Process Composite Machining

Equipped with a high-performance 12/15-station servo turret (live tooling optional), enabling turning, drilling, tapping, and boring in a single setup. This significantly reduces cumulative errors caused by multiple re-clamping operations on large workpieces.

Key components (spindle bearings, ball screws, guideways) are sourced from world-class brands (e.g., NSK/SKF, THK/INA), offering a service life of 5–10 years without major overhauls.
A fully enclosed guarding design combined with a heavy-duty chain-plate chip conveyor effectively prevents chips from scratching the guideways, more than doubling their service life.
Features a centralized, metered lubrication system that eliminates the need for frequent servicing, greatly reducing the daily maintenance workload for operators.
