CNC Vertical Lathe for Internal and External Hole Machining

The VTC50 CNC Vertical Turning Lathe Machine is suitable for machining brake hubs, wheel hubs, reducer housings and other automotive parts, elevator wheels, engineering sprockets, valves, motor housings, etc. It can also be used for soft and hard turning of bearings, enabling turning instead of machining.

Equipped with a high-rigidity servo spindle that maintains powerful torque even during low-speed, heavy-duty cutting.
Spindle speed range: 100–1000 rpm, covering requirements from roughing to finishing.
The spindle nose features an A2-8/A2-11 standard interface; its high-rigidity design ensures vibration-free operation when turning large or irregularly shaped castings.

Multi-Process Composite Machining

A fully enclosed guarding design combined with a heavy-duty chain-plate chip conveyor effectively prevents chips from scratching the guideways, more than doubling their service life.
Features a centralized, metered lubrication system that eliminates the need for frequent servicing, greatly reducing the daily maintenance workload for operators.
