Core Machining Functions

Machine Body Structure and Stability
The base, column, column slider, and other key load-bearing components are all cast from high-quality HT250 gray cast iron with a scientifically and rationally designed rib layout;
all parts are tempered to ensure the structural strength of the entire machine and achieve stable accuracy without degradation during long-term use.
At the same time, it adopts a pre-tensioned structure + precision combined linear guide integrated box design, effectively reducing vibration during the operation of castings and large-span guide rails, resulting in superior equipment rigidity and operational stability.
