The main motor of the double-column CNC vertical lathe drives the spindle through an imported narrow V-belt or synchronous belt, effectively ensuring high efficiency, low noise, and low vibration throughout the entire drive system. This ensures the machine can meet diverse cutting requirements, from low-speed, high-torque to high-speed, high-power. The headstock and base of the double-column CNC vertical lathe are integrated, ensuring exceptional spindle rigidity.

The double-column CNC vertical lathe's main electrical components are Schneider, ensuring a low failure rate. The servo motor uses a Fanuc absolute encoder, eliminating the need for limit switches and providing enhanced safety and reliability.
