High-strength cast iron
The CNC horizontal lathe utilizes high-strength cast iron with copper and chromium added as special materials. All mating surfaces are hand-scraped, and the bed guide rails are hardened to a depth of 3mm, enhancing the machine's wear resistance, stability, and precision retention.

CNC horizontal lathes are suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other rotating surfaces, as well as various metric, imperial, module, and diametral pitch threads, drilling, and oil groove drawing.
