The spindle unit of our CNC metalworking machine utilizes advanced design technology. To increase cutting torque, it incorporates a set of double-direction angular contact bearings. It utilizes an oil-bath, air-cooled, internally recirculating lubrication system, effectively improving lubrication capacity, reducing friction, ensuring stable temperature rise, and extending bearing life, making it ideal for high-speed, long-duration, and high-load operation. This eliminates the high costs associated with similar machine tool spindles that require no grease lubrication, are maintenance-free, and have short bearing life and require only replacement.

The vertical cnc metalworking lathe utilizes a fully automatic hydraulic control system and dual automatic hydraulic power chucks. Equipped with our company's proprietary modular clamping system, the workpiece is held in mid-air for clamping. By automatically controlling the pressure required for roughing and finishing, roughing and finishing can be completed in a single clamping cycle, ensuring machining accuracy on all sides and significantly improving workpiece output. This eliminates the time-consuming secondary clamping and calibration, as well as the workpiece deformation caused by traditional clamping.
The standard configuration of this CNC metalworking lathe features an 8-station hydraulic servo horizontal turret, adapting to the tooling requirements of various workpieces and facilitating faster tool changes. The addition of a longer, thicker toolholder eliminates tool vibration and chatter marks caused by rigidity, improving both machining time and workpiece quality.
The Z-axis utilizes a nitrogen-liquid internal circulation balancing design. This design adjusts the relative nitrogen-liquid balance through hydraulic replenishment, reducing the load on the Z-axis servo motor and the leadscrew nut, thereby extending their service life.
The CNC metalworking lathe features a fully enclosed protective structure with a high-strength outer shield and an integrated, splash-proof transparent window and sealing strips. This completely isolates the processing area from the external environment, effectively preventing the escape of metal chips, coolant, and dust, ensuring a clean and safe operating environment. The cooling system innovatively utilizes a dual-pump redundant design. Both the main and backup pumps are high-lift centrifugal water pumps, forming a dual-circulation cooling circuit with independent piping, enabling precise temperature control for different processing areas. The system has a built-in intelligent pressure monitoring module, which automatically switches to the backup pump when the main pump pressure is abnormal to ensure cooling continuity.
