The column guides utilize heavy-duty linear rolling guides, providing fast dynamic response and excellent accuracy retention.

■ The symmetrical, suspended design of the spindle sleeves on the CNC vertical lathe better eliminates the impact of thermal deformation on machining accuracy. The high-precision, high-rigidity through-hole spindle structure features a fully symmetrical, suspended design for the spindle sleeves. The spindle uses imported high-grade grease for lubrication, is fully enclosed, and requires no maintenance. 5) The X/Z axes of the CNC machine tool utilize high-precision ball screws and dedicated ball screw bearings, ensuring excellent accuracy retention. A high-power AC spindle motor provides both high torque output and high-speed operation, meeting diverse machining needs.

■ The cooling water tank is detachable for easy cleaning. The precision, high-rigidity cartridge-type spindle structure facilitates maintenance.

■ The standard CNC vertical lathe model is equipped with an 8-position horizontal servo tool turret, offering high rigidity, rapid tool changing, and reliability. Vertical turrets, horizontal turrets, and drive turrets can also be configured upon request.

■ The CNC vertical lathe employs a centralized machine tool control panel, making operation more convenient and efficient. Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, GSK, KND, and other manufacturers can be selected based on operating habits.

 Highly rigid main structure design

The Computer Numerical Control Lathe features a wider bed base. The widened guide rails on the column and crossbeam are all made of Taiwan Hiwin heavy-duty linear guides. The extra-large span enhances the stability and robustness of the machine. The ball screw is a Taiwan Hiwin brand, ensuring precise positioning.

The spindle diameter of the Computer Numerical Control Lathe is larger than that of traditional structures. The spindle utilizes internal circulation lubrication, effectively improving lubrication capacity, reducing friction, ensuring stable temperature rise, and extending bearing life, making it more suitable for high-speed, long-life, and high-load operation.

The standard configuration of the Computer Numerical Control Lathe is an 8-station hydraulic servo horizontal turret. 4-, 8-, 10-, or 12-station hydraulic turrets are available upon request, as are vertical turrets. These various turret options meet diverse workpiece processing requirements and speed up tool changes.
