Cutting Cooling System
The VTC series CNC vertical lathe is equipped with a high-flow cooling pump with a power of 1 kW and a large-capacity water tank to ensure circulating cooling. The CNC vertical lathe tool turret is equipped with cooling nozzles, and the cooling process can be controlled via M-codes or the control panel. A water jet is also included for cleaning the machine.
Lubrication System
The guideways and ball screws of the CNC vertical lathe utilize centralized automatic thin oil lubrication. Each node is equipped with a metered oil distributor, which delivers lubricating oil to each lubricating area at a fixed time and quantity. This ensures uniform lubrication of all sliding surfaces, effectively reducing friction, improving motion accuracy, and ensuring the service life of the ball screw and guideways.
