The Precision Turning Machine features a new ergonomic protective design. Both the interior and the bottom plate are safeguarded with stainless steel. Even in extreme cases, flying debris from the workpiece will not damage the external protection. High-flow cooling and bottom-plate chip flushing keep the equipment free of waste chips during operation.

Human-machine separation

 

The front door of the CNC vertical lathe is used to operate the machine and change tools, allowing the operator to work separately from the machine.
The side door can be customized as needed. If a robot is used to load and unload materials, the protective features can be customized to allow the side door to open.

Application Areas

 

 

Precision Turning Machines are suitable for use in industries such as aerospace, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding and mechanical processing. The processed products include complex curved surfaces, special-shaped parts, bearing rings, etc.

Materials and Structure: The precision turning machine lathe is cast from HT300 high-strength gray cast iron. It undergoes an aging treatment process to relieve internal stresses, resulting in excellent vibration damping and wear resistance properties.

Maintenance Requirements: Equipped with an automated centralized lubrication system. Routine maintenance involves checking oil levels monthly and performing lubrication system checks every six months; the spindle gearbox oil should be replaced every 3 months or after every 500 hours of operation.

Precision Specifications: In accordance with the ISO 13041-4 standard, the machine achieves a repeatability of ≤0.006mm and a bi-directional positioning accuracy of ≤0.022mm. For finished test workpieces, the roundness is ≤0.005mm, and diameter consistency is ≤0.010mm.
