KD500 double-column lathe is an automated CNC machining machine. It adopts a double-column structure and is used to process the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end surfaces, grooving and chamfering of parts. The KD500 double-column CNC vertical lathe adopts a double-moving column structure. Two sets of saddles and slide plates are installed on the bed, which are controlled separately, effectively saving space and occupying a small area. The double column can process the rough turning and fine turning of the workpiece at the same time, effectively improving the customer's processing and production efficiency and reducing production costs while ensuring accuracy.
