Applications of four-column hydraulic presses

 

1. Metal Forming and Stamping: Precision stretching and bending of automotive parts (such as car door inner panels, engine hood inner panels), and home appliance casings (refrigerator/washing machine panels); Cold heading/cold extrusion: Precision forming of bolts, screws, and shaft parts (requires matching molds); Straightening: Straightening of steel plates and steel pipes (using high-precision slider positioning to eliminate deformation).

2. Non-metallic Forming of Plastic Products: Hot press molding of SMC/BMC molding compounds (such as automotive bumpers, instrument panels) (temperature + pressure coordinated control);
3. Powder Metallurgy: Pressing and forming of iron-based/copper-based powder products (pressure uniformity ≤ ±1%); Rubber vulcanization: Vulcanization molding of seals and shock absorbers (precise control of heating + pressure curve);
4. Special Process Hot Press Sintering: Sintering of ceramics and cemented carbides (requires a heating system);
5. Composite Material Forming: Compression molding of carbon fiber/glass fiber prepregs (pressure uniformity ensures fiber orientation).
