Powder forming hydraulic presses
Focusing on the pressing and forming of powder materials, these presses powder materials (such as metal powder, ceramic powder, etc.) into shapes within a mold using high pressure. They are suitable for manufacturing powder metallurgy products, magnetic materials, hard alloys, etc., of various shapes and sizes.
Stretch Forming Hydraulic Press
Primarily used for stretch forming of metal sheets. It applies tensile force to the metal sheet through a stretching die, causing plastic deformation to form the desired shape and size. Suitable for manufacturing various containers, automotive body panels, aerospace components, etc.
Detailed features of a four-column hydraulic press
The hydraulic press machine adopts a three beam and four column structure, and the slider is equipped with a guide sleeve, which has good anti eccentric load ability, high guiding accuracy, and adopts centralized automatic lubrication guide sleeve.
The main cylinder adopts a structure with one built-in speed increasing hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic station is located on the right side of the machine body.
The hydraulic station is a double layered structure with a small footprint and easy maintenance.
The main hydraulic station adopts a Haitec internal meshing gear oil pump, which has an independent power mechanism and electrical system. The Xinjie PLC (with 5 input and 5 output points reserved for automation connection) is used for controller programming and button centralized control. The mobile operation box is equipped with a touch screen for modifying and programming process parameters.
The Y32 series four column hydraulic press can achieve process functions of fixed stroke and fixed pressure, with two operation modes: jog, single shot, and automatic. The upper and lower limits of the master cylinder, as well as the fast and slow speed control, are controlled by displacement sensors. The process parameters can be set on the touch screen.
The hydraulic press machine is equipped with a safety light curtain in front of the operator's face. During operation, if a hand, arm, or other foreign object enters the slide during its automatic descent, the machine will automatically stop to prevent further descent. After the foreign object is removed, pressing the release button will resume the automatic operation. Emergency operation is also included. Equipment parameters, including pressure, pressure holding time, and pressure release time, can be adjusted on the touchscreen.

► Plastic Sealing Packaging: When choosing sea transport, plastic sealing packaging is recommended. Plastic sealing packaging uses plastic film or other plastic materials to effectively isolate moisture and humidity, preventing the hydraulic press machine from becoming damp, rusting, or being damaged during transportation. For precision hydraulic equipment or moisture-sensitive components, plastic sealing packaging provides more reliable protection.
