This four-column hydraulic press features a three-beam, four-column structure optimized via computer-aided design for cost-effectiveness and practicality. The columns are made of high-quality No. 45 carbon structural steel with a hard-chrome plated finish; this ensures rust and wear resistance while providing a smooth surface that minimizes friction during slide movement.

The machine body utilizes an integrated steel structure offering high strength and excellent stability, eliminating the need for foundation anchor bolts. The outer frame is constructed from cast iron to dampen vibration; the castings undergo aging treatment to relieve residual internal stress, ensuring dimensional stability for decades.

The hydraulic control system employs an integrated cartridge valve manifold, ensuring reliable operation, a long service life, and minimal hydraulic shock, while also reducing the number of connecting pipes and potential leak points.

It features an independent electrical control system. The separate control cabinet can be positioned away from the hydraulic oil tank and pump station, preventing hydraulic fluid from splashing onto wire terminals or the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and causing short circuits. This setup also facilitates installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for operators to crawl under the machine or work in cramped spaces.
The equipment utilizes centralized push-button controls and supports both "adjustment" (inching) and "single-cycle" (semi-automatic) operating modes. It accommodates two molding processes-fixed-stroke and fixed-pressure-and includes pressure-holding and time-delay functions. Operating pressure and stroke length can be adjusted within specified ranges to meet process requirements.
