Three-Beam, Four-Column Structure
The main column of the 200 Ton Hydraulic Press Machine is made of No. 45 round steel and chrome-plated to ensure that it is not easy to rust. The sliding sleeve (guide sleeve) is made of wear-resistant cast iron and embedded with polytetrafluoroethylene wear-resistant material to prevent the column from being strained and to have good resistance to eccentric load. The friction pair is lubricated by a hand-cranked oil pump device, which has the characteristics of centralized lubrication and smooth oil supply.

PLC + Touchscreen Control
An emergency stop button is provided. Pressing the emergency stop button will immediately stop the press.
Limit switches are installed at both the upper and lower limits of the stroke.
A hydraulic support safety valve circuit is installed in the lower chamber of the piston cylinder to ensure safety. A hydraulic interlock circuit is also installed to ensure that the upper chamber of the main cylinder cannot output pressure when the support safety valve is not open.

3 Stage Automatic Speed Switching
The machine features intelligent speed control: a rapid approach speed of 120 mm/s (saving time), a controlled working speed of 14 mm/s (ensuring processing quality), and a fast return speed of 72 mm/s (boosting efficiency). This ensures an optimal balance between production efficiency and product quality.

Convenient Die Changing
The worktable is equipped with standard T-slots, allowing for the direct mounting and immediate use of common dies. An optional quick die-change device can also be added for even faster tooling changeovers.

Piston Type Hydraulic Cylinder Structure
The hydraulic cylinder has a piston structure. The key seal of the cylinder is a national standard seal ring with good anti-aging and sealing performance. The cylinder body is made of 45# honed tube with good inner hole smoothness. Large cylinder bodies are made of 45# forged steel, and the plunger is made of 45# round steel with chrome plating treatment, which is both rust-proof and wear-resistant.

Independent electrical cabinet, housing air switches, relays, and other electrical control systems.
Various alarm signals and limit switches of the hydraulic press are interlocked with the press's movements.
A centralized control panel is provided, with necessary operating buttons and selector switches.
