The wheel and axle press-fitting machine is an installation device for pressing rolling bearings onto wheelset journals in railway vehicle systems. Its main purpose is to press rolling bearings onto wheelset journals using a cold pressing method. The press-fitting machine consists of three parts: the machine body, the hydraulic station, and the control console. The hydraulic station and control console should be located close to the main machine, and the on-site rigid rails should be level with the guide rails on the machine body.

The horizontal axle press is composed of fixed beams, movable beams, rear supports, pillars, chassis, iron clamping devices, movable trolleys, single boom cranes, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and other main parts. The fixed beam, movable beam, rear bracket and chassis are all welded structural parts. The fixed beam and the movable beam consist of two pillars to form a closed-type stress frame, and the rear bracket only supports the two pillars. The fixed beam body is equipped with a working oil cylinder, the displacement of the piston rod is driven by oil pressure, and the displacement is displayed on the computer through a "pull wire encoder", thereby forming a curve chart of displacement and pressure. The movement of the movable beam is driven by the built-in planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with low moving noise and constant speed. Both ends of the movable beam have stop iron positioning, which is safe and stable. The mobile trolley has the functions of walking, lifting and rotating.

The crossbeam of the wheel and axle hydraulic press is made of high-quality steel plate and then annealed to eliminate internal stress in the structure.
Vibration aging treatment is applied to the structural components of hydraulic presses to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
