In the process of vertical turning operations, tools and measuring tools are not allowed to be placed on the cross beam tool holder; it is not allowed to directly remove iron filings by hand, and special tools should be used for cleaning;
When loading and unloading workpieces and tools, work closely with the driver and hooker; the workpieces and tools must be fastened.
The jacks, bevel pads, pads, etc. used should be fixed and checked frequently to prevent loosening; before the parts are clamped, the workpiece can only be adjusted by jog, and pay attention to keeping a certain distance between the human body and the rotating body. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the machine tool and operating buttons on the rotating workbench. Non-operators are not allowed to approach the machine tool.
When machining eccentric workpieces, a counterweight must be added to maintain the balance of the worktable. The counterweight must be clamped securely to prevent it from throwing out and hurting people; the friction clutch in the fast-travel mechanism must be intact to protect it when the load is too heavy. The safety pin in the safety coupler in the feed box must meet the design requirements to prevent accidents caused by overload.
