High-Precision Machining Center VMC Series
Our High-Precision Automatic Reaming and Tapping Vertical Drilling Machine features a high-strength cast iron base and hardened rectangular guide rails with a plastic coating. This design prevents crawling during low-speed operation while maintaining machining accuracy.
The machine combines the rotational movement of the rotary table with the linear movement of the rectangular table to achieve workpiece positioning, ensuring precise alignment between the workpiece and the spindle while allowing linear movement of the workpiece along the X-axis.
The machine's CNC system provides comprehensive control functions, including an LCD display, various circular interpolation functions, tool compensation, and program storage and editing capabilities.
This CNC milling machining center is equipped with a tool magazine that supports fast and convenient tool changes and can accommodate up to 24 tools to meet the machining needs of various parts.
In addition, various CNC systems-such as GSK, FANUC, or Siemens-can be configured according to user requirements.
