Taiwanese ball screw linear guide

 

 

The X and Z axis servo motors of the CNC vertical lathe are directly driven by precision ball screw pairs via flexible couplings, reducing backlash and ensuring high positioning accuracy. The X and Z axes of the CNC vertical lathe utilize precision ball screw pairs and bearings from Taiwan, meeting the requirements for high rigidity and precision cutting. The screw support employs a preloaded structure, significantly reducing the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term machine operation.
