Laser Inspection
The vertical digital turning lathe employs laser inspection to minimize lead screw pitch error and achieve higher positioning accuracy. Each moving axis is inspected using a laser interferometer to ensure even higher positioning precision, and the inspection standards comply with ISO standards.

Taper Inspection
CNC vertical lathe taper inspection: The straightness of the 300 mm long inspection bar is within 0.005 mm, far exceeding the industry standard of 0.01 mm. This effectively avoids measurement errors caused by insufficient accuracy of the inspection tool itself.

Lead Screw Inspection
CNC vertical lathe lead screw inspection: To improve the geometric accuracy of the lead screw and extend the service life of the lead screw and bearings, all parts are manually scraped and polished to ensure that the mechanical accuracy of the lead screw is within 0.01 mm, meeting industry standards.
