Dual turret collaboration, highly integrated process
The dual-column dual-turret CNC vertical lathe is equipped with two independent turrets, allowing simultaneous machining of two parts of the workpiece. When machining shaft parts, one turret handles rough machining of the outer diameter, while the other turret simultaneously completes finishing of the end face or inner hole, achieving a "roughing and finishing integrated" composite machining mode. This design integrates traditional multi-process decentralized machining into single-process centralized machining, significantly shortening the machining cycle.
Optional Turrets
Dual-column machine tool turrets can employ dual horizontal CNC turrets, single horizontal turrets with single-row tools, or double-row tools, depending on the workpiece machining requirements. Using a horizontal turret shortens tool change time and greatly improves work efficiency.
The dual-turret CNC vertical lathe's bed structure consists of left and right columns, a top beam, a worktable, and a base, forming a closed frame with overall rigidity far exceeding that of a single-column structure. This design can support heavier workpieces and is suitable for machining large flanges, gearboxes, and other heavy components. The machine tool uses imported high-precision spindle bearings to ensure the smoothness and dimensional accuracy of machined surfaces. The guideways employ linear guideways or high-precision roller guideways, coupled with a pressure oil lubrication system, to reduce friction and wear and improve motion smoothness.
