The sliding vertical lathe employs a roller-type linear slide, boasting exceptional rigidity and overload capacity, significantly improving the positioning accuracy and load-bearing capacity of both vertical and horizontal feed movements.
The machine tool spindle pulley is connected to the spindle CNC servo motor pulley via a belt. Equipped with a 22kW motor, it achieves a wide range of stepless speed regulation, meeting the different spindle speed requirements for roughing and finishing parts.
The overall structure of the sliding vertical lathe features automatic control of both vertical and horizontal feeds by servo motors. A vertical counterweight structure greatly extends the lifespan of the leadscrew.
The CNC machine tool can be equipped with a disc-type worktable or a hydraulic chuck at the upper end of the sliding vertical lathe spindle, according to user requirements. An angle cylinder can be installed at the lower end of the spindle for clamping the workpiece or controlling the hydraulic chuck.
