Main Structural Features
The VTC100 CNC vertical lathe adopts a high-strength cast iron base and column. Through finite element analysis and structural optimization, it achieves ideal modal characteristics and mechanical distribution, exhibiting excellent shock absorption. Multiple aging and heat treatment processes ensure the machine tool maintains ideal mechanical performance and structural stability over extended periods.
The VTC100 CNC machine tool adopts an integral spindle structure with a high-rigidity bearing layout, simultaneously meeting the machine tool's requirements for high rigidity and high speed. The clearance between the spindle unit and the bed is ≤0.02mm, providing excellent vibration damping, preventing foreign object penetration, and ensuring stable spindle operation even in harsh machining environments.
The CNC machine tool uses extended heavy-duty linear roller guides, providing excellent cutting rigidity and dynamic response performance, good accuracy retention, and long service life. The X and Z axes of the CNC vertical lathe utilize precision ball screw pairs and dedicated ball screw bearings, meeting the requirements of high rigidity and high-precision cutting. The lead screw support adopts a pre-tensioned structure, which greatly reduces the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term machine tool operation.
The vertical slide of the CNC vertical lathe is equipped with a pneumatic-hydraulic balance system, using high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil to balance the weight of the slide and turret, enabling the machine tool to achieve high-speed, high-precision operation, reducing the load on the servo motor, extending the machine tool's accuracy and lifespan, and preventing hazards such as the slide falling in the event of an unexpected power outage.
