The crossbeam clamping mechanism uses a multi-position hydraulic locking device for stable and reliable operation.
The ball screw in the small CNC vertical lathe replaces traditional sliding friction with rolling friction, achieving transmission efficiency exceeding 90% and a friction coefficient as low as 0.003-0.005, significantly reducing energy loss.
The high precision CNC vertical lathe's tool turret uses either a horizontal or vertical multi-position turret, shortening tool turret switching time and significantly improving work efficiency.
