Spindle

The spindle of the double-column vertical lathe is driven by a wide-range, high-torque servo motor, which can achieve low-speed, high-torque, strong heavy cutting, and high-speed cutting. At the same time, the CNC lathe can also meet the requirements of rough machining and fine machining.

Motor

The servo motors on the X and Z axes of the twin-column CNC vertical lathe directly drive precision ball screws through flexible couplings, minimizing backlash during operation and ensuring high positioning accuracy. The Z-axis lifting mechanism of the CK525 double column CNC vertical CNC lathe utilizes a counterweight, resulting in a simple, reliable structure and a low failure rate.
