This economic heavy-duty horizontal lathe features full hydraulic control. It employs a high-performance hydraulic station to control a high-speed hydraulic chuck, reducing operator workload. The spindle has continuously variable speed control, and a high-performance frequency converter controls the variable frequency main motor, enabling constant surface speed cutting. This economic heavy-duty horizontal lathe boasts powerful cutting capabilities; its optimized guideway and lead screw layout provides excellent heavy-duty cutting performance.
The castings of this economic heavy-duty cutting horizontal lathe are made using resin sand casting, resulting in excellent wear resistance. The guideways achieve a hardness of over 52° after precision finishing. The electric tool post and tool chuck structure of this economic heavy-duty cutting horizontal lathe are interchangeable, allowing for fast tool changes and high repeatability. The hydraulic chuck is equipped with a three-jaw hydraulic chuck, and other chucks can be selected upon request. This economic heavy-duty cutting horizontal lathe features a fully enclosed protective housing. High-speed cutting is achieved with a powerful coolant system, ensuring a leak-proof design.
