Large-diameter hardened guideway CNC machines feature a horizontal layout designed for metal cutting operations. The integrated CNC system controls relative movement between the cutting tool and workpiece to deliver fully automated machining.
With the workpiece spindle mounted parallel to the ground, parts are securely clamped between the headstock and tailstock - ideal for machining shaft-type and disc-type components.
The flat bed construction comes with high-frequency quenched guideway surfaces. Fitted with rolling guideways or hydrostatic guide options, the machine maintains exceptional structural rigidity while ensuring smooth, low-friction motion during operation.
