The CK series multi-functional precision CNC flatbed lathe features optimized design for its main components and structure. The spindle system employs a four-speed transmission (30-84, 300-835, 53-150, and 125-350 rpm), offering excellent vibration resistance, stability, and cutting performance. The X and Z axis ball screws are directly driven by servo motors, providing superior dynamic response and low overall machine noise. It is highly adaptable to batch processing of large, medium, and small batches of diverse parts with stable and reliable machining quality. It can automatically complete various turning operations, including internal and external diameter machining, end face machining, grooving, arbitrary conical surfaces, curved surfaces, metric and imperial cylinder machining, and tapered thread machining. With the addition of a power turret, it can perform even more complex machining operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping.

The entire machine body is made of hardened rails, high-frequency quenched, ultra-hard and wear-resistant, durable, with excellent machining accuracy and good retention.

2. High Stability: The CNC machine tool features a high-strength cast iron body with added copper-chromium special materials. The bed guideways are quenched to a depth of 4mm, effectively improving the machine's wear resistance and stability.

3. Centralized Automatic Lubrication: The CNC machine tool utilizes centralized automatic lubrication for guideways, lead screws, etc., featuring flexible movement, reduced thermal deformation, and stable precision.

4. Low Overall Noise: The horizontal lathe features precision-ground gears, effectively improving gear hardness and reducing overall machine noise.

High-Precision CNC Turret: The Multifunctional Precision CNC Flat Bed Lathe is equipped with a high-precision CNC tool turret, tool changer, contactless information transmission, and internationally advanced three-stage gear precision positioning and thread lifting tightening. Six-station or eight-station horizontal electric knife can be selected depending on the workpiece machining process.
