Electroplated chromium piston rod

The Anchor Pallet Hydraulic Press undergoes medium-frequency quenching, and the surfaces of the column guide rails feature a high-hardness chrome-plated layer, ensuring excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

 

High-Strength Steel Construction

Main frame uses Q355B high-strength structural steel with a safety factor of >1.5. Columns are made of 45# carbon steel with hard chrome plating. The entire structure is vibration-aged to eliminate residual stress, minimizing deformation over the machine's lifetime.

 

Motor-Pump Connection (Aluminum Alloy Bell Cover)

High concentricity between motor and oil pump connection holes ensures low noise operation. The observation port is equipped with a protective mesh for added safety.

Centralized button control enables three operation modes:
Adjustment - for setup and die trial.
Manual - single-cycle control.
Semi-automatic - continuous production cycle.

Hydraulic Cushion (Blank Holder)
The optional hydraulic cushion enables advanced blank holder force control for drawing processes:
Dynamic adjustment - Blank holder force is adjustable in real time based on material properties (e.g., high-strength steel plate, aluminum alloy) and workpiece shape (complex curves, asymmetric structures).
Zoned control - Different areas of the cushion can be set with differentiated blank holder forces to ensure forming quality on complex parts
