The fishing lure forming hydraulic press, also known as the fishing lure briquetting machine, is a four-column hydraulic press designed to press various bait materials and spices into round or square cakes with a hole in the middle. The bait briquetting machine uses hydraulic transmission, which provides relatively high pressure, improving the density and strength of the formed bait cakes and extending the atomization time. The machine features a four-pillar guide and a large working table, enabling the production of multiple blocks in one mold, thereby improving production efficiency. The main cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press for powder molding is fixed to the upper beam. The lower end of the piston rod is connected to the slider using flanges and bolts. YX-type sealing rings, installed in opposite directions on the piston head, divide the cylinder into two oil chambers. O-rings are installed on the outer circumference of the guide sleeve, and the cylinder is secured with flanges and bolts to ensure a tight seal.

The hydraulic press is equipped with dustproof rings on the cylinder flanges to prevent dust from entering the piston rod. The cylinder seals are made from high-quality domestic products. The surfaces of all piston rods undergo rigorous heat treatment and tempering, followed by a hard chrome plating finish. The main cylinder seals use new YA-type sealing rings, which offer low friction resistance and high pressure resistance, made from imported raw materials. The piston rods are designed to prevent metal-to-metal contact, which could cause cylinder scoring. The main cylinder also features a pressure-holding function, with the pressure displayed on a pressure gauge.

The hydraulic press's oil tank has a closed structure and is equipped with a filter screen and windows for easy cleaning. It also includes a level and temperature gauge to monitor the oil level and temperature. A water cooling system is added to effectively control the oil temperature and ensure machine stability. The oil tank separates the suction and return oil, with filters installed on the partition. An oil filter is located at the pump inlet to effectively protect the cartridge valve system and cylinder components.

The hydraulic system consists of cartridge valves, filling valves, integrated oil circuits, pump units, and the oil tank. Its main function is to control the movement of the slide block. The hydraulic control system uses advanced integrated two-way cartridge valve blocks, which offer fast response, high flow capacity, low flow resistance, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. The power unit uses a high-flow, high-pressure compensated variable axial piston pump. A dual-circuit safety valve is installed in the lower chamber of the cylinder to reliably prevent overpressure and protect against accidental slide block descent.
