Movable Worktable
Equipped with a movable worktable, the machine allows for the loading, unloading, and adjustment of molds to be performed entirely outside the main press unit. This eliminates the need for operators to enter the hazardous interior of the press-thereby preventing injuries caused by falling molds-and effectively safeguards personnel safety.
Independent Electrical System
Our hydraulic press features a fully independent electrical system-comprising a dedicated control cabinet, PLC, and circuitry-that operates autonomously rather than sharing resources with other large-scale workshop equipment. This design prevents mutual interference between machines and, by incorporating independent power protection and control units, significantly simplifies maintenance procedures.
Centralized Button Control
All control buttons (including Start, Stop, Press, Return, Emergency Stop, etc.) are integrated onto a single control panel rather than being scattered across multiple locations, thereby ensuring more convenient and streamlined operation.
