Maintain and exchange the gearbox, clean the gears and shaft sleeves, and inject new grease into the oil cup, adjust the meshing gap of the gears, and check whether the shaft sleeves shake.
Maintain lathe skateboards and tool holders.
Maintain the lubrication system, clean the cooling pump and the oil filter, ensure that the oil path is unblocked, check the oil quality, and maintain a good oil standard.
Maintain the electrical parts of the lathe, clean the dust on the motor and electrical box, and fix the electrical equipment in order.
Maintain the appearance of the lathe, clean the surface and cover of the CNC lathe, keep the inner and outer surfaces clean, free of rust and oil, check and fill in the screws and handles, and after cleaning and wiping, all parts are lubricated as necessary.
