Matters needing attention when operating the CNC vertical lathe:
1. To enter the operating room, you must wear suitable overalls and work caps, shirts must be tied under trousers, open sleeves must be fastened, female students must put long hair in caps; slippers, high heels, sandals, skirts, etc. must be worn. Wear shorts and a scarf to avoid burns.
2. Before starting the CNC vertical lathe, check whether the chuck wrench is removed and whether the machine tool shift handle is in the correct position.
3. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves during operation. Work clothes, collars and cuffs must be fastened.
4. It is forbidden to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts by hand or in any other way.
5. When the various mechanisms of the machine tool are operating, the handles must not be changed. If you change the position of the handle, you must do it after parking.
