Second, power requirements
General-purpose CNC vertical lathes are installed in the mechanical workshop, which not only has large environmental temperature changes, but also has poor operating conditions, many types of electromechanical equipment, and large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position of the CNC vertical lathe requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the CNC vertical lathe CNC system.
Third, temperature conditions
The ambient temperature of the CNC vertical lathe is lower than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is lower than 80%. Generally speaking, an exhaust fan or a cooling fan is arranged inside the numerical control electric control box to keep the electronic components, especially the central processing unit, at a constant working temperature or a small temperature difference. Excessive temperature and humidity will shorten the life of control system components and lead to increased failures. The increase in temperature and humidity and the increase in dust can cause adhesion and short circuits on the integrated circuit board.
Fourth, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will when using the CNC vertical lathe. The setting of these CNC vertical lathe parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the various components of the CNC vertical lathe. Only the value of the gap compensation parameter can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
