We use an integrated design for the electrical control cabinet, clearly separating high-voltage and low-voltage circuits. It connects to a three-phase, four-wire power supply, and the internal wiring is neatly organized. You also don't need to worry about oil leaks in the hydraulic system. The entire machine uses high-pressure seamless hoses that offer superior pressure resistance and a long service life. Furthermore, the piping layout is meticulously organized; anti-vibration brackets securely fasten the lines at key points, preventing shaking or noise during machine operation.

The moving slide is machined directly from a Q235 steel plate, making it exceptionally heavy-duty and robust. Notice the wear-resistant guide bushings installed at the four corners of the slide; these ensure smooth vertical movement without any wobbling. The underside features T-slots, making mold installation and bolting very convenient, while the top connects directly to the main hydraulic cylinder, allowing for immediate downward pressure application upon activation.
