Main functions
The hydraulic cylinders in the hydraulic press are made of integral forging, making them resistant to breakage and deformation, and ensuring long service life. The inner surface of the main cylinder undergoes grinding and rolling processes, giving it sufficient strength and rigidity. The cylinders also feature good sealing and a long service life.
The hydraulic pump station of this four-column hydraulic press features stable flow rate, long service life, and pressure control via flow valves, ensuring reliable operation.
The electrical cabinet of the hydraulic press uses an integrated circuit control box. The electrical system is divided into a power system and a control system. The power system includes the main power supply, start/stop and protection switches for each motor, etc. The power supply uses a three-phase four-wire system, with neat wiring and convenient operation.
All oil circuits in the hydraulic press use high-pressure seamless hoses, which have a long service life, strong pressure resistance, and reliable sealing. High-pressure pipeline connections use high-pressure flanges and high-quality sealing elements to effectively prevent leakage. The pipeline layout is neat and easy to maintain, and sufficient anti-vibration clamps effectively reduce and control pipeline vibration.
The hydraulic press slider is made of steel plate, machined from Q235 steel plate. Guide sleeves are installed in the four corner column holes of the sliding beam for guidance. T-slots are machined on the lower surface to fix the mold, and the upper surface is connected to the main cylinder.
Hydraulic press safety protection measures
● Stop and Emergency Stop Buttons: In case of an malfunction, pressing the "Stop" button will completely stop the press. Pressing the "Emergency Stop" button will stop all operation, including the motor.
● The operating area at the front of the machine is equipped with a safety light curtain to ensure worker safety.
● Hydraulic Safety Circuit: A hydraulic support safety circuit is installed in the lower chamber of the main cylinder, allowing the slider to remain stationary at any position, ensuring safety.
● Overload Protection: The hydraulic system is equipped with an overload protection device (safety valve) to ensure the press will not be damaged by overload. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value (adjustable), it automatically overflows and drains oil.
