CNC Single-column Small Vertical Lathe
The difference between a vertical lathe and a conventional lathe lies in the fact that the spindle of a vertical lathe is vertical, essentially turning a conventional lathe into an upright machine. Conventional lathes, with their horizontal worktables, are better suited for machining heavy parts with large diameters and short lengths. Vertical lathes can machine internal and external cylinders, conical surfaces, end faces, grooves, chamfers, etc. The clamping and alignment of workpieces are also more convenient.
The CNC Single-column Small Vertical Lathe uses an electric smooth-running oil pump, ensuring smooth operation. The machine tool adopts a domestically produced centralized automatic lubrication system and features level and pressure alarms.

The CNC Single-column Small Vertical Lathe machine tool uses a Taiwanese-style horizontal 8-station tool post. This series of tool posts is controlled by a servo motor for indexing, allowing for bidirectional rapid tool selection, hydraulic locking, and extremely high rigidity. Horizontal or vertical multi-station tool posts can be selected according to the workpiece machining requirements, and quick changes are possible, greatly improving work efficiency and achieving high machining accuracy and efficiency.

The single-column CNC vertical lathe can be equipped with metric or electric turrets, hydraulic chucks, coolant pumps, chip conveyors, and chip removal devices according to customer requirements.
