VTC70 CNC Vertical Machine Performance Characteristics
All core structural components of the CNC vertical turning machine, including the base, columns, column slides and slide blocks, are fabricated from premium HT300 grey cast iron. Every structural part adopts a refined herringbone rib structure and undergoes professional tempering treatment, endowing the machine with outstanding structural strength and consistent long-term precision.
The spindle unit bearings of the vertical turning machine adopt specialized grease lubrication. This user-friendly lubrication design simplifies on-site installation and routine maintenance. Compared with conventional oil lubrication systems, it effectively cuts operational costs, supports higher spindle rotating speeds, and delivers superior running stability during machining.
This CNC vertical machine is equipped with roller linear guide slides. Featuring ultra-high structural rigidity and robust heavy-load machining capability, the slides greatly optimize the positioning accuracy and load-bearing performance of both vertical and horizontal feed axes, ensuring stable and precise feed movements for heavy-duty processing.
The CNC vertical turning machine spindle pulley and spindle CNC servo motor pulley adopt direct belt connection. The matched servo motor provides infinite stepless speed adjustment with a broad speed range, fully accommodating varied spindle speed demands for workpiece roughing and finishing processes. Equipped with high-power specification servo motors, the machine effectively resists vibration and performance fluctuations caused by high-volume cutting and intermittent cutting, protecting motors, workpieces and the whole machine tool from processing impact damage.
Both longitudinal and transverse feed motions are driven and automatically controlled by independent servo motors. Steel protective structures are configured for dual feed directions. Additionally, dedicated professional bearings are installed at both ends of all longitudinal and transverse ball screws, which steadily reinforces overall machining precision and guarantees reliable dimensional accuracy of finished workpieces.
The CNC vertical lathe supports two optional turret configurations: horizontal turret and vertical turret, to adapt to diverse workpiece processing demands. Users can customize the spindle top with a disc worktable or hydraulic chuck as required. A rotary cylinder is pre-installed at the spindle bottom, which controls workpiece fixture clamping and hydraulic chuck operation automatically. This design lowers manual labor intensity and significantly boosts overall production efficiency.
