Single-column CNC Vertical Lathe
Single-column CNC vertical lathes utilize a single vertical column to support the crossbeam and toolholder system. The column is rigidly connected to the base, forming a stable frame structure. This single-column CNC vertical lathe design is suitable for machining small and medium-sized workpieces. By optimizing the column's cross-sectional shape (e.g., box-shaped, with diagonal rib arrangement) and material (HT250 cast iron), bending and torsional rigidity are enhanced.
The worktable of a single-column CNC vertical lathe is mounted horizontally on the base, supported by high-precision bearings (such as NN30 double-row cylindrical roller bearings) and hydrostatic guideways, achieving low friction and high rotational accuracy. The CNC vertical lathe toolholder offers a variety of configurations, allowing users to freely choose according to their specific needs and usage habits, effectively improving tool changing efficiency and processing flexibility.

Chuck

The standard chuck for a CNC vertical lathe is a hydraulic chuck in an 18-inch, waterproof configuration. There are three T-slots on the end face of the chuck, which makes it convenient for customers to replace various fixtures and can meet the user's requirements for processing a variety of parts.

Spindle
The spindle unit of our single-column CNC vertical lathe incorporates internationally advanced and proven structures. The front spindle support consists of a double-row cylindrical roller bearing and a double-direction thrust angular contact ball bearing, while the rear support utilizes a double-row cylindrical roller bearing. Our CNC vertical lathes utilize imported precision spindle bearings, lubricated with imported high-speed grease.
Taiwan Guides
Both axes of the single-column CNC vertical lathe utilize Taiwan cylindrical roller guides, offering high precision, high load capacity, and high roller traverse speeds. Taiwan roller guides are compact, highly accurate, and require low maintenance, making them particularly suitable for applications requiring high part dimensional consistency.
Chip Conveyor
The single-column CNC vertical lathe is equipped with a drag-chain chip conveyor. The chip conveyor is used to collect and transport various rolled, lumpy, and blocky chips, as well as scraps of copper, aluminum, and cast iron.

Lead Screw Inspection
To improve the geometric accuracy of CNC vertical lathe lead screws and extend the service life of the lead screws and bearings, all components are manually scraped and polished to ensure mechanical accuracy within 0.01 mm, meeting industry standards.
Machine Tool Taper Inspection
The straightness of a 300mm long inspection rod is within 0.005mm, far exceeding the industry standard of 0.01mm.
