Feed System
Feed System The X- and Z-axes of the Machined Parts Lathe are driven by servo motors and directly connected to the ball screw via a flexible coupling. The ball screw is fixed at both ends. This CNC lathe features a compact screw guide, high precision, and low maintenance, making it the preferred configuration for users seeking high precision and a cost-effective solution.
Spindle
The axial and radial preload of the Machined Parts Lathe spindle system can be adjusted using a single nut, providing high radial and axial stiffness. The inner ring of the roller bearing in the Machined Parts Lathe allows for adjustable radial clearance, ensuring optimal machining accuracy and low operating temperature.

Laser Inspection
The CNC vertical lathe employs laser inspection to minimize lead screw pitch error and improve positioning accuracy. The system uses a laser interferometer to perform full-stroke inspection of each moving axis. High-precision laser measurement technology ensures axial positioning accuracy meets international ISO standards, achieving micron-level motion control performance.

Three coordinate measuring machine
To ensure the precision requirements of critical components, conventional inspection methods are insufficient for high-precision verification. The system introduces a CMM for full-dimensional data acquisition and analysis. Through spatial coordinate point cloud comparison technology, it effectively eliminates the impact of accumulated errors on final accuracy, ensuring the objectivity and traceability of measurement data.

Lead screw inspection
To improve the geometric accuracy of the lead screw transmission and extend its service life, all transmission components undergo manual scraping and polishing. Through multiple manual grinding processes, the surface roughness of the lead screw is controlled below Ra0.2, and the geometric tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.01 mm, meeting industry precision standards.
