The X/Z axes employ high-precision ball screws and dedicated ball screw bearings, ensuring excellent precision retention. The entire structure is fully enclosed for environmental protection and cleanliness. The CNC vertical lathe is equipped with a high-quality six-position vertical electric tool post, offering high rigidity and fast tool change speeds. A reliable centralized machine tool control panel makes operation more convenient and efficient. The CNC vertical lathe's spindle sleeve features a fully symmetrical suspension design, better eliminating the impact of thermal deformation on machining accuracy. A high-power AC spindle motor enhances the machine tool's operational stability. The spindle is lubricated with imported high-grade grease, and the saddle is fully enclosed and maintenance-free.

The VTC series CNC vertical lathes are primarily designed for machining complex disc-shaped, shell-shaped, and short shaft-shaped parts. They can also machine various threads, arcs, and internal and external curved surfaces, full surfaces, and grooved parts of rotation. The main components of the CNC vertical lathe, such as the spindle, base, and crossbeam, have a rational structure. Key components, such as the tool post, chuck, and ball screws, are sourced from well-known domestic and international manufacturers to ensure the machine tool possesses high rigidity, high precision, and high reliability.

● The CNC vertical lathe offers a range of tool post options, encompassing a four-station electric tool post, or alternatively, you can choose from a six-station or eight-station hydraulic turret, as well as a vertical turret configuration.
