Equipment Features
Hydraulic chuck
The CNC inclined lathe utilizes a hydraulic chuck, which offers high precision, a wide clamping range, and fast clamping speed, ensuring reliable operation.
Hydraulic Tailstock
The hydraulic system of the CNC inclined lathe uses a cylinder to drive the center, enabling micron-level adjustment of the clamping force, eliminating the workpiece bending and vibration caused by the backlash of traditional screw drives.
Bed guide rails
Hardened guide rails ensure fast toolholder indexing, high positioning accuracy, and high tangential torque. The CNC inclined lathe bed is made of high-quality cast iron, medium-frequency hardened, and molded.
Tailstock Optional
Manual Tailstock
The tailstock is supported by linear guides and automatically clamped by a dedicated clamp. The tailstock offers high rigidity, stable accuracy, and simple and flexible manual operation, greatly improving machining efficiency and making it suitable for heavy cutting and high-precision machining.
Hydraulic Tailstock
A servo motor drives the movement and tightening of the tailstock, achieving automated and intelligent tailstock operation, improving machining efficiency and ease of operation. Tailstock travel and tailstock thrust can be configured on the CNC system interface, making it suitable for unmanned machining in various applications. The tailstock spindle can be configured with a built-in dead center (MT4) upon request. The tailstock spindle is supported by bearings and rotates.
●The CNC inclined lathe saddle is made of high-density cast iron, integrally cast in a single operation. The small triangular structure enhances the saddle's rigidity.
●The CNC inclined lathe adopts 35 specification live ball guide rails and the lead screw adopts high-precision ball screw, which has high precision and accurate transmission.
